Description
Analyze, coordinate, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations from sourcing and procurement through production, inventory, distribution, returns, and disposal. Ensure reliable, cost-effective, and compliant material and product flow across the product life cycle.
- • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, sales, finance, and logistics to meet requirements and mitigate shortages.
- • Safeguard proprietary data, materials, and supplier confidential information.
- • Track supply chain KPIs and review performance with customers and leaders against SLAs and benchmarks.
- • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and RACI/compliance matrices for supply chain initiatives.
- • Coordinate cross-functional task priorities, monitor progress, and ensure needed resources and data are available.
- • Prepare and deliver status reports on supply, inventory, and project progress and outcomes.
- • Collect, cleanse, and analyze supply chain data to support network design, sourcing, and inventory decisions.
- • Develop and present solution options—such as sourcing strategies or logistics models—to management and customers.
- • Create cost and timeline estimates and supporting documentation for supply chain proposals and changes.
- • Plan and execute logistics support activities, including maintenance/repair coordination and spare parts planning.

- • Evaluate design or engineering changes for supply, manufacturability, and logistics impacts.
- • Maintain and develop positive relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customer stakeholders involved in supply chain activities.
- • Translate customer demand and service needs into supply, inventory, and fulfillment plans.
- • Plan and direct availability and allocation of raw materials, components, and finished goods across sites.
- • Develop or update SOPs, training materials, and work instructions for supply chain processes and systems.
- • Monitor supply chain technology trends and apply tools (ERP, WMS, TMS, APS) to improve performance.
- • Redesign network flows, transportation modes, and processes to maximize service and minimize cost.
- • Manage supplier and 3PL activities, including RFPs, performance specs, scorecards, and issue resolution.
- • Oversee product life-cycle tasks, including sample provisioning, phase-in/phase-out, and obsolescence mitigation.
- • Conduct total landed cost and lifecycle cost analyses and build should-cost or component studies.
- • Support onboarding and training of team members and help coordinate facility or inventory space requirements.
