Description
Execute and optimize daily logistics operations by coordinating procurement, inventory, transportation, and distribution to meet service, cost, and compliance targets. Support end-to-end product flow from acquisition and internal allocation to delivery, returns, and final disposal through data-driven planning, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.
- • Maintain productive relationships with customers' logistics contacts and internal stakeholders.
- • Gather customer requirements and take actions to meet service-level expectations.
- • Coordinate availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished goods.
- • Collaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and finance to meet demand, capture opportunities, and mitigate shortages.

- • Create or update SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
- • Stay current on logistics technologies and apply tools (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) to improve processes.
- • Identify and implement improvements to routing, modes, and material flow to reduce cost and cycle time.
- • Coordinate third-party logistics providers and carriers, monitor performance, and resolve service issues.
- • Manage logistical aspects of product lifecycle, including samples, returns, and obsolescence mitigation.
- • Assist with cost analyses, rate reviews, and make-buy or mode selection studies.
- • Support onboarding and training of team members and coordinate facility or equipment needs.
