Description
Assist spa guests in locker and wet areas by issuing amenities and lockers, maintaining cleanliness and safety, managing linens and supplies, and supporting therapists while upholding spa service standards and policies.
- • Assign lockers, changing areas, and relaxation spaces to guests.
- • Answer guest questions and explain spa services, amenities, pricing, hours, and policies.
- • Check stock of towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, and refreshments; reorder as needed.
- • Refer guest concerns or service issues to supervisors or spa management.
- • Report and document safety hazards and unsafe practices in wet and treatment areas.
- • Operate washers and dryers to launder towels, robes, and linens.
- • Monitor saunas, steam rooms, pools, and lounges to ensure rules, hygiene, and quiet are maintained.
- • Restock relaxation lounges with water, tea, fruit, and light refreshments.
- • Activate emergency procedures and provide basic first aid when necessary.
- • Issue lockers, keys, or wristbands; store valuables and manage claim checks when required.
- • Provide and replace towels, sheets, robes, and slippers for guests and therapists.
- • Collect and stage soiled linens for laundering.
- • Adjust and monitor temperatures, humidity, and timers for saunas, steam rooms, and whirlpools.
- • Set up and break down treatment rooms with clean linens, sanitized tools, and amenities.
- • Assist guests with wayfinding, opening doors, and carrying small items.
- • Maintain inventory records for linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- • Maintain a lost-and-found and assist with item recovery.
- • Coordinate guest requests for laundry or pressing through property services when available.
- • Clean and sanitize locker rooms, showers, wet areas, and common spaces.
- • Enforce hygiene and safety standards, including shower-before-use and attire policies.
- • Support therapists by replenishing supplies, warming towels, and delivering water between services.
