Description
Assist patrons in public baths, saunas, and steam rooms by providing linens and amenities, managing lockers and personal items, and maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable facilities.
- • Issue robes, towels, slippers, and toiletry kits.
- • Maintain a lost-and-found and document unclaimed items.
- • Assign bathing areas, lockers, or storage baskets to patrons.
- • Explain bathhouse policies, fees, hours, and available services.
- • Check and restock towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, and cleaning supplies; place orders as needed.
- • Refer patron concerns or complaints to supervisors.
- • Report and document safety hazards and unsafe practices.
- • Wash and dry towels, robes, and linens.
- • Monitor baths, saunas, and steam rooms for proper use, safety, and order.
- • Provide water, tea, or light refreshments upon request.
- • Activate emergency procedures and administer basic first aid when necessary.

- • Maintain inventories of linens, amenities, and cleaning equipment.
- • Prepare bathing areas by setting out clean linens and sanitizing surfaces.
- • Arrange laundry or drying services for patrons’ items when permitted.
- • Clean and disinfect locker rooms, showers, floors, and benches.
