Description
Maintain facilities in safe, efficient, and orderly condition. Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), complete work orders, and support cleaning, groundskeeping, event setups, and seasonal tasks such as snow removal; monitor equipment and report major issues.
- • Service and restock restrooms; perform minor fixture repairs.
- • Remove waste and recyclables; maintain disposal areas.
- • Clean and maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- • Follow safety procedures for chemicals, tools, and power equipment.
- • Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and checklists.
- • Strip, seal, finish, and polish hard floors as required.
- • Identify and report major repair needs or system deficiencies.

- • Clean and maintain vents, filters, drains, and exhaust systems.
- • Monitor building security and safety; lock/unlock facilities and address hazards.
- • Maintain grounds by mowing, trimming, and clearing debris.
- • Operate vehicles, lifts, and maintenance equipment to perform work.
