Description
Maintain buildings in clean, safe, and orderly condition. Perform routine and heavy cleaning, including floors, carpets, windows, walls, and waste removal; restock restrooms; set up rooms; and perform minor repairs. Monitor building security, report major repair needs, and clear exterior debris or snow as required.
- • Service, clean, and restock restrooms.
- • Gather and remove trash and recycling.
- • Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.

- • Perform minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, lighting, or fixtures.
- • Monitor building security, lock or unlock doors, and check for hazards.
- • Maintain grounds near entrances by picking up litter and sweeping exterior areas.
- • Operate floor machines, vacuums, and other janitorial equipment safely.
- • Respond promptly to spills, emergencies, and special cleaning requests.
- • Document work performed and report supply levels.
