Description
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to build workforce skills and support organizational goals. Conduct needs assessments, develop curricula and learning materials, facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, and measure impact to improve performance and productivity. Partner with managers to align learning with job requirements and change initiatives.
