Description
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to build workforce skills and support organizational goals. Conduct needs assessments, develop curricula and learning materials, facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, and measure impact to improve performance and productivity. Partner with managers to align learning with job requirements and change initiatives.
  • • Conduct training needs assessments using job and performance data.
  • • Analyze job requirements to define learning objectives and competencies.
  • • Design curricula, courses, and learning paths aligned to role requirements.
  • • Develop instructional materials, e-learning, job aids, and assessments.
  • • Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
  • • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs.
  • • Create and administer knowledge checks and skills assessments.
  • • Evaluate training effectiveness with surveys, tests, and performance metrics.
  • • Analyze learning data to report impact and recommend improvements.
  • • Manage the learning management system and training records.
  • • Ensure compliance training meets regulatory and audit standards.
  • • Partner with subject matter experts to capture and validate content.
  • • Observe work practices to identify performance gaps and training needs.
  • • Write facilitator guides, participant guides, and training plans.
  • • Develop rubrics and rating scales for performance evaluation.
  • • Coach managers and employees on applying new skills on the job.
  • • Support change management and communications for rollouts.
  • • Facilitate communities of practice and knowledge sharing.
  • • Manage training logistics, schedules, venues, and materials.
  • • Adapt learning for diverse audiences and accessibility needs.
  • • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leaders.
  • • Stay current on learning science, technology, and industry trends.
  • • Collaborate with HR on career development and performance processes.
  • • Source and manage vendors for training programs and tools.
  • • Develop budgets, proposals, and timelines for learning initiatives.
