Description
Design and deliver organizational strategies that improve structure, culture, and performance. Partner with leaders to diagnose issues, manage change, develop talent and teams, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance engagement and results.
  • • Diagnose organizational issues through interviews, surveys, workshops, and data analysis.
  • • Conduct job and role analysis to clarify responsibilities, competencies, and career paths.
  • • Design and facilitate change management plans, including stakeholder, readiness, and risk assessments.
  • • Develop organizational structures, spans and layers, and governance models.
  • • Create competency models to align selection, development, and performance systems.
  • • Design and implement leadership and management development programs.
  • • Build and optimize performance management processes, including goals, feedback, and calibration.
  • • Lead employee engagement and culture assessments and action planning.
  • • Facilitate team effectiveness sessions, offsites, and conflict resolution.
  • • Advise executives and managers on organizational policies, practices, and workforce strategies.
  • • Develop selection tools such as structured interview guides and rating scales.
  • • Coach leaders and high-potential employees using 360 feedback and assessments.
  • • Design and deploy learning solutions and training curricula to address capability gaps.
  • • Plan and execute communications for OD and change initiatives.
  • • Use statistical methods and analytics to evaluate program outcomes and ROI.
  • • Produce concise reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • • Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to align OD initiatives with strategy.
  • • Support succession planning and talent reviews.
  • • Develop onboarding and transition plans for reorganizations and integrations.
  • • Train managers and HR staff on selection, performance, and change practices.
  • • Stay current on OD, HR, and behavioral science research and best practices.
  • • Manage timelines, resources, and vendors for OD projects.
  • • Mediate or facilitate resolution of workplace disputes when appropriate.
  • • Design equitable processes that advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • • Prepare proposals, statements of work, and presentations for internal clients or external engagements.
