Description
Conduct organizational research and consulting to diagnose workplace issues and improve performance, engagement, and change outcomes. Design studies, develop assessments and surveys, analyze data, evaluate programs, and translate findings into actionable, evidence-based recommendations for leaders and HR.

- • Develop proposals, estimate project scope, and cultivate client relationships.
