Advise organizations on structure, culture, talent, and ways of working to improve performance and engagement. Plan and lead change initiatives; design selection, training, and performance systems; and analyze organizational data to guide decisions. Partner with leaders to redesign processes and work environments that enhance productivity.
  • • Design and implement talent selection and placement frameworks.

  • • Produce actionable reports and recommendations based on research and diagnostics.
  • • Advise executives on people, organizational, and marketing policies and their impacts.
  • • Assess and prioritize learning and development needs.
  • • Evaluate organizational structures, processes, and communication to diagnose effectiveness.
  • • Design and deliver training and development programs using evidence-based methods.
  • • Create interview guides, rating scales, and assessment tools for selection and promotion.
  • • Build performance management frameworks and metrics.
  • • Analyze leadership, supervision, and team dynamics to improve productivity.
  • • Lead organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • • Apply statistical analysis and analytics to evaluate program outcomes and ROI.
  • • Provide career and transition coaching to employees as part of change projects.
  • • Conduct employee and market research, including engagement and pulse surveys.
  • • Facilitate conflict resolution, mediation, and difficult conversations.
  • • Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholder groups.
  • • Support legal compliance efforts with expert insights on employment practices.
  • • Stay current on organizational science and industry best practices.
  • • Conduct leadership and team assessments and provide feedback for development or selection.
  • • Publish thought leadership pieces, case studies, or white papers.
  • • Develop new business by scoping engagements, writing proposals, and presenting solutions.
  • • Train client HR and line managers on selection, interviewing, and performance management.
  • • Coach executives and managers on leadership, change, and communication.
  • • Recommend and implement best practices for fair, valid, and scalable selection processes.
