Description
Execute and finalize production-ready graphics for print and digital deliverables, adapting layouts, typography, and imagery to specifications and brand guidelines. Build mechanicals, prepare prepress files, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across versions and formats.
  • • Prepare comps and mockups for internal and client review.
  • • Translate approved creative into production-ready layouts and mechanicals.
  • • Determine final dimensions, bleeds, margins, and placement per specs and dielines.
  • • Build packaging files using printer dielines and substrate constraints.
  • • Assemble final layouts and generate press-ready PDFs with marks and bleeds.
  • • Preflight and quality-check files; correct errors before release.
  • • Manage copy fitting, versioning, and localization across variants.
  • • Retouch, color-correct, and mask images to production standards.
  • • Convert color spaces and manage spot/Pantone usage as required.
  • • Export and optimize assets for web, email, and social platforms.
  • • Adapt campaigns across sizes and channels while maintaining brand consistency.
  • • Maintain organized asset libraries, naming conventions, and version control.
  • • Package InDesign and other project files, collecting fonts and linked assets.
  • • Document file setup and provide printer/vendor handoff instructions.
  • • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and vendors to clarify specs and schedules.
  • • Verify adherence to brand, legal, and accessibility requirements.
  • • Research and apply prepress, print production, and digital delivery best practices.
  • • Prepare and review color proofs and mockups; route for approvals.
  • • Enter and update accurate metadata, copy, and specifications in files.
  • • Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
