Serve food and beverages to guests in their vehicles at drive-in or curbside locations; take and relay orders, deliver meals to cars, and handle payments while ensuring accuracy, speed, and safety.
  • • Ensure orders are delivered to the correct vehicle and honor special requests or dietary instructions.
  • • Clean and sanitize trays, car-side tables, parking stalls, and service equipment.
  • • Check trays to confirm all ordered items and required condiments are included.
  • • Assemble and stage orders on trays or in takeout packaging.
  • • Load trays with utensils, napkins, sauces, and straws.
  • • Greet parked guests, take orders, and enter or relay them to the kitchen or POS.
  • • Restock carhop stations with ice, cups, napkins, condiments, and lids.
  • • Retrieve window trays and bus waste or reusable items after service.
  • • Prepare fountain drinks, shakes, or simple sides as assigned.
  • • Verify food handling and serving procedures meet safety and brand standards.
  • • Carry food and beverages on window trays or carts, navigating the lot safely.
  • • Confirm stall or curbside location and mount trays securely on vehicle windows.
  • • Note substitutions, upsells, and special items for inventory or shift reports.
  • • Present checks, process cash or electronic payments, and return change or receipts.
