Description
Direct and coordinate sales operations across an assigned territory, supervising field sales teams and partner activities. Drive revenue and market growth, ensure account coverage and execution, and manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and personnel functions.
- • Resolve escalated customer and account complaints within the territory.
- • Monitor field sales performance and route coverage to ensure targets are met.
- • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate territory personnel.

- • Plan and execute local sales promotions, merchandising standards, and event support.
- • Negotiate and administer territory service agreements or renewals within approval limits.
- • Manage territory inventory, returns, and replenishment with warehouses or distributors.
- • Inspect delivered goods and returns for quality, compliance, and readiness for use.
- • Supervise employees performing sales calls, inventory counts, receivables reconciliation, and service tasks; enforce policies and safety standards.
