Description
Directly supervise and coordinate real estate sales agents and support staff for residential and/or commercial transactions. Duties include budgeting, accounting, compliance, and personnel management in addition to day-to-day supervision.
- • Address and resolve client complaints about agents, transactions, or services.
- • Monitor agent performance against listing, showing, and closing targets.
- • Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate real estate agents and support staff.
- • Partner with brokerage leadership to develop sales processes, market expansion plans, and growth campaigns.
- • Assist agents with complex negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract issues.
- • Plan coverage and assign leads, territories, open houses, and floor time.
- • Attend brokerage meetings to coordinate with marketing, finance, legal, and property management.
- • Prepare pipeline, listing inventory, and revenue reports for management and budgeting.
- • Advise on listing pricing policies and commission structures to meet profitability goals.
- • Review listings and marketing materials for accuracy, compliance, and quality of presentation.
- • Analyze local market data and territories to forecast demand and set quotas.
- • Visit builders, relocation partners, and community organizations to promote services and gather market intelligence.
- • Maintain accurate records of listings, offers, contracts, closings, and commissions.
- • Coordinate promotions, including open houses, staging, signage, and digital advertising.
- • Oversee preparation and review of purchase agreements, listing agreements, and leases.
- • Track listing inventory and marketing supplies; reorder signage and materials as needed.
- • Ensure property disclosures, inspections, and condition reports are complete and accurate.
- • Direct and supervise agents and coordinators in sales activities, transaction management, and escrow reconciliation.
