Description
Directly lead and coordinate a unit of party-plan sales consultants to grow bookings, sales, and recruiting. Manage training, coaching, performance tracking, promotions, and team events; handle reporting, incentive budgets, and compliance in partnership with corporate.
- • Resolve host, customer, and consultant issues related to orders, products, or service.
- • Monitor unit sales, bookings, and recruiting metrics to ensure targets are met.
- • Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate independent consultants.
- • Partner with corporate and regional leaders on promotions, party strategies, and market expansion.
- • Assist consultants with complex orders, returns, host coaching, and objection handling.
- • Plan team calendars and assign leads, event support, and host follow-up.
- • Attend corporate trainings and leadership calls to align on product updates and programs.
- • Prepare unit sales, activity, and recruiting reports; forecast pipeline and incentive spend.
- • Ensure demo kits, samples, and digital assets are current, compliant, and party-ready.
- • Analyze territories and customer data to set goals and prioritize recruiting and events.
- • Attend and observe parties and local events to promote products and gather market feedback.
- • Maintain records of unit sales, commissions, expenses, and sample inventory.
- • Coordinate team promotions, social media content, and event displays and materials.
- • Arrange venues, equipment, and virtual platforms for team meetings and trainings.
- • Manage demo and sample inventory and reorder supplies within budget.
- • Lead and supervise consultants in sales activities, party execution, and order processing compliance.
- • Run recognition programs and incentives to drive bookings, sales, and recruiting.
- • Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and direct selling regulations.
