Description
Organize, file, and maintain correspondence, invoices, receipts, and other records using established alphabetical, numerical, or electronic systems; locate, retrieve, and deliver files on request.
- • Add new material to file records or create new records as needed.
- • Track checked-out files and ensure timely return.
- • Collect materials to be filed from departments or staff.
- • Sort and classify information by content, purpose, user, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order.
- • Review incoming materials to determine classification and file location.
- • Place materials into cabinets, boxes, bins, or drawers per classification.

- • Maintain logs of files filed, removed, or transferred; generate reports.
- • Find, copy, and deliver requested information to authorized users.
- • Support basic financial processing such as accounts payable, invoice review, cash collections, or issuing receipts.
