Description
Design, conduct, and analyze epidemiologic studies on the determinants and distribution of diseases and health outcomes, guiding evidence-based prevention and control. Manage research protocols and data, collaborate across disciplines, and disseminate findings to advance public health.
- • Design and lead epidemiologic studies, including cohort, case-control, and surveillance studies.
- • Develop study protocols, IRB submissions, and data management plans.
- • Perform statistical analyses and modeling to identify risk factors, trends, and outcomes.
- • Oversee data collection, quality assurance, and reproducible analytic workflows.

- • Translate research findings into guidance, manuscripts, and presentations for diverse audiences.
- • Educate and train healthcare workers and students on epidemiologic methods and evidence-based practices.
- • Write grant proposals and manage research budgets and timelines.
- • Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
