Recruit, advise, and evaluate prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process to meet enrollment goals and connect them with academic programs and campus resources.
- • Maintain accurate and complete prospect and applicant records in CRM systems in accordance with laws, policies, and regulations.
- • Provide timely support to applicants facing urgent enrollment or application issues, escalating or referring as needed.
