Description
Examine, evaluate, and investigate employment practices for conformity with EEO, anti-discrimination, and affirmative action laws; resolve complaints; advise management; and conduct compliance monitoring, reporting, training, and enforcement activities.
  • • Notify responsible parties of EEO noncompliance and required corrective actions.
  • • Review hiring, promotion, compensation, and termination data for EEO compliance and adverse impact.
  • • Draft correspondence informing parties of findings, rights, and appeal or grievance options.
  • • Identify systemic issues requiring follow-up, corrective action plans, or policy changes.
  • • Keep informed on regulatory updates and best practices affecting EEO and affirmative action.
  • • Support internal and external audits, including OFCCP evaluations and EEOC inquiries.
  • • Ensure EEO policies, complaint procedures, and postings are documented, implemented, and communicated.
  • • Coordinate the reasonable accommodation process and track outcomes.
  • • Advise managers and employees on anti-discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and ADA/EEO policies.
  • • Prepare investigation reports, EEO-1 and AAP reports, and recommendations to leadership.
  • • Report substantiated violations to leadership and file required reports with EEOC or OFCCP.
  • • Interview complainants, respondents, witnesses, and subject-matter experts to assess claims.
  • • Issue findings on EEO complaints and recommend remedies or disciplinary actions.
  • • Develop and deliver EEO, anti-harassment, and bystander intervention training.
  • • Conduct workplace climate assessments and site visits to monitor EEO compliance.
  • • Maintain confidential case files and compliance records.
