Description
Senior enterprise leader who reports to the CEO and executes corporate strategy across multiple divisions. Aligns policies and operations with board directives, oversees P&L and budgets, drives performance and risk management, and coordinates subordinate executives and staff to achieve growth, efficiency, and compliance.
  • • Translate board and CEO directives into executable plans and operating policies.
  • • Lead enterprise planning cycles and set cross-functional goals, KPIs, and OKRs.
  • • Direct or coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize returns, and increase efficiency.
  • • Approve annual and quarterly budgets and reforecasts; allocate capital across divisions.
  • • Analyze operational and financial performance to identify improvements, cost reductions, or policy changes.
  • • Oversee multiple business units or corporate functions, such as production, sales, marketing, supply chain, or customer success.
  • • Establish departmental responsibilities and coordinate work across sites and regions.
  • • Review executive reports and dashboards; approve recommendations or request changes.
  • • Negotiate or approve major vendor, customer, partnership, and service agreements.
  • • Lead enterprise risk management and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
  • • Recruit, appoint, and mentor senior leaders; define succession plans and delegate authority.
  • • Direct human capital strategies, including workforce planning, leadership development, and organization design.
  • • Chair or serve on the executive committee and present to the board as needed.
  • • Prepare and present operating reviews, budgets, investment cases, and compliance reports.
  • • Implement corrective action plans to address performance gaps or operational issues.
  • • Drive continuous improvement, quality, and productivity programs.
  • • Coordinate enterprise systems, data, and process governance for effective controls and records.
  • • Oversee non-revenue support functions such as procurement, finance, IT, legal, and facilities.
  • • Sponsor go-to-market, pricing, and promotional strategies with sales and marketing.
  • • Serve as a primary liaison with key customers, investors, partners, and community stakeholders.
  • • Lead due diligence, integrations, and post-merger value capture for acquisitions or divestitures.
  • • Direct or commission strategic studies, market research, and benchmarking to guide decisions.
  • • Oversee site selection, capacity expansions, and major capital projects and equipment programs.
  • • Resolve escalated issues, investigations, or disputes; represent the company at critical proceedings.
  • • Represent the organization at industry events; deliver speeches or publish viewpoints.
  • • Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and standards; guide policy interpretation.
  • • Organize crisis response and business continuity planning.
  • • Ensure ethical standards, DEI objectives, and corporate governance practices are upheld.
