Description
Provide executive leadership for an organization within policies set by the board of directors. Plan, direct, and coordinate strategy, programs, finances, and operations at the highest level through senior staff.

- • Participate in community coalitions, industry associations, and stakeholder forums.
- • Approve marketing and outreach campaigns to grow impact, revenue, or membership.
- • Ensure legal, regulatory, and grant compliance; manage audits, risk, and incident responses.
- • Represent the organization at official functions and delegate representation as needed.
- • Maintain corporate records and governance documents; ensure adherence to bylaws and policies.
- • Champion organizational culture, DEI, and staff engagement to support performance.
- • Develop technology and data strategies, ensuring privacy, security, and effective analytics.
