Description
Plan and design buildings and other structures, balancing aesthetics, function, codes, sustainability, and client needs from concept through construction.
- • Meet with clients to define program, budget, and spatial requirements.
- • Develop schematic designs and building concepts.
- • Prepare architectural drawings, models, and specifications using CAD/BIM.
- • Produce code-compliant plans and permit documents.
- • Coordinate structural, MEP, and other engineering inputs.
- • Plan building layouts, circulation, and site relationships.

- • Coordinate with consultants and specialists, including interiors and acoustics.
- • Represent clients in procurement and contractor selection.
- • Develop final construction details and specifications.
- • Prepare operating and maintenance manuals and project reports.
- • Develop proposals and marketing materials to win new work.
- • Inspect proposed building sites to assess conditions and suitability.
