Description
Represent and promote actors, performers, creators, and models to casting directors, producers, and brands; secure auditions and bookings, negotiate contracts, and manage business communications on clients’ behalf.
- • Collect commissions and track client payments in line with contract terms.
- • Meet with clients to shape career strategies and explain submissions and deals.
- • Build relationships with casting directors, producers, brands, and studios to create opportunities.
- • Book auditions, meetings, and promotional or performance engagements for clients.
- • Negotiate offers and contracts with producers, casting, brands, and managers, ensuring union compliance.
- • Stay current on industry trends, rates, casting needs, and union rules.
- • Coordinate with managers and publicists on marketing, press, and promotional efforts supporting bookings.
- • Scout, interview, and evaluate prospective clients to expand the roster.
- • Arrange and facilitate meetings between clients and casting, producers, or brand partners.
- • Provide clients with periodic commission and payment statements.
- • Advise on deal terms and refer clients to legal and financial professionals as needed.
- • Review project, role, and venue requirements to ensure they meet client needs and contract specifications.
- • Recommend coaches, classes, or trainers to enhance clients’ skills and readiness.
- • Submit headshots, resumes, reels, and portfolios to secure auditions, bookings, sponsorships, and endorsements.
