Represent and promote artists in dealings with labels, venues, media, and brand partners. Handle contract negotiations and manage business affairs to advance clients' careers.
  • • Collect and disburse fees, commissions, and royalties per contract terms.
  • • Develop career strategies with artists and explain actions taken on their behalf.
  • • Build and maintain industry relationships with labels, publishers, venues, media, and brands.
  • • Schedule releases, tours, showcases, and promotional appearances.
  • • Negotiate contracts with labels, publishers, promoters, venues, and brand partners.
  • • Monitor industry trends, platforms, and deal structures.
  • • Oversee business operations, travel, logistics, budgeting, and marketing campaigns.
  • • Scout and evaluate prospective artists for management.
  • • Arrange and lead meetings with stakeholders regarding client matters.
  • • Prepare and review periodic financial, expense, and royalty reports.
  • • Advise on business decisions and coordinate legal and financial advisors on contracts, taxes, and investments.
  • • Assess venues, production needs, and accommodations to meet technical and hospitality riders.
  • • Hire and manage coaches, producers, publicists, or creative directors to improve performance and branding.
  • • Pitch music, portfolios, EPKs, and other promotional materials to secure bookings, partnerships, sponsorships, and endorsements.
