Description
Represent artists to venues and promoters, securing and negotiating live bookings and appearances while managing offers, routing, contracts, and settlements.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with venues, promoters, and festivals.
- • Pitch clients and send EPKs to secure holds and offers.
- • Build routing and calendars; schedule tours and appearances.
- • Negotiate fees, terms, riders, and clauses with promoters and venues.
- • Collect deposits, balances, and commissions; track settlements per contract.
- • Review and issue deal memos and booking agreements.
- • Coordinate with managers, tour managers, and promoters on on-sales, marketing, and logistics.
- • Monitor ticket sales and adjust pricing or strategy as needed.
- • Maintain client calendars, holds, avails, and options in agency systems.
- • Obtain and verify venue specs, capacities, and technical requirements.
- • Provide periodic booking and financial reports to clients and managers.
- • Advise clients on market selection, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
- • Arrange and attend meetings, showcases, and industry events.
- • Scout and evaluate potential clients through showcases, referrals, or submissions.
