Represent and advocate for athletes in negotiations with teams and sponsors; manage contracts, endorsements, career strategy, and day-to-day business affairs.
  • • Collect commissions and ensure athletes receive salaries, bonuses, and royalties per contracts.
  • • Meet with athletes to set career strategy and explain actions taken.
  • • Build relationships with teams, scouts, leagues, sponsors, and media to create opportunities.
  • • Arrange media appearances, sponsor activations, and community events.
  • • Negotiate contracts, endorsements, appearances, and licensing within CBA and salary cap rules, including arbitration.
  • • Monitor league trends, market comps, CBAs, NIL rules, and industry news.
  • • Coordinate travel, training, and marketing logistics; oversee ticket and event allocations.
  • • Scout and evaluate prospective clients; conduct interviews and assess fit.
  • • Schedule meetings with team executives, coaches, sponsors, and advisors.
  • • Prepare periodic accounting statements detailing income, commissions, expenses, and escrow.
  • • Advise on financial and legal matters; coordinate with certified tax and legal advisors.
  • • Review training facilities, medical providers, and accommodations for quality and compliance.
  • • Hire and manage trainers, nutritionists, performance coaches, and media trainers.
  • • Send highlight reels, statistics, and media kits to teams, scouts, and sponsors.
