Description
Lead and direct the organization’s energy strategy and the development and evaluation of portfolio opportunities, including environmental studies, permitting, interconnection, and commercial proposals. Oversee contracting and, as needed, the construction and commissioning of energy projects to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
  • • Oversee contractors, consultants, and EPCs to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and budget conformance.
  • • Direct and approve RFPs for energy project construction, equipment, and services.
  • • Oversee site assessments and environmental studies for energy facilities and infrastructure.
  • • Lead negotiations for tax incentives, PPAs, land rights, and interconnection agreements.
  • • Approve and monitor schedules, estimates, forecasts, budgets, and risk registers for energy projects.
  • • Review bids and proposals and authorize recommendations for contract awards.
  • • Communicate portfolio status, risks, and performance to executives, boards, partners, and owners.
  • • Ensure designs and construction comply with codes, standards, permits, and corporate policies.
  • • Set portfolio strategy and development pipeline aligned with corporate goals and ESG targets.
  • • Ensure preparation and control of project documentation, drawings, and layouts.
  • • Manage portfolio costs, capital allocation, and cost controls to stay within budgets.
  • • Define scope of work and delivery models for design, site assessment, environmental, surveying, and field services.
  • • Direct development, resource assessment, engineering, interconnection, and construction to meet project objectives.
  • • Oversee preparation and submission of environmental, building, interconnection, and other required permits.
  • • Approve integrated project plans covering scope, goals, resources, schedules, costs, contingencies, and KPIs.
