Description
Lead and manage the development and evaluation of wind energy projects, including site due diligence, environmental studies, permitting, stakeholder agreements, and proposals. May also manage transition to and execution of early construction activities.
- • Supervise subcontractors and consultants to ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
- • Prepare RFPs for project construction, services, or equipment.
- • Manage site assessments and environmental due diligence.
- • Lead or support negotiations for tax incentives, PPAs, land rights, and interconnection.
- • Maintain and update project schedules, forecasts, and budgets.
- • Evaluate bids and proposals and recommend contract awards.
- • Deliver clear project status updates to teams, executives, partners, and owners.
- • Review design and construction documents for code, standard, and permit compliance.
- • Provide technical oversight through design, construction, and commissioning.
- • Prepare project documentation, including layouts, diagrams, and exhibits.
- • Control project costs and implement variance mitigation.
- • Define scopes of work for design, studies, surveying, and field services.
- • Coordinate development, resource assessment, engineering, and construction to meet objectives.
- • Prepare permit applications and manage approvals with agencies.
- • Build and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, risks, and resources.
