Description
Plan and engineer multimodal surface transportation systems through corridor studies, long-range plans, and project development consistent with engineering standards and state and federal policy. Prepare concept designs, planning-level specifications, and cost estimates for transportation facilities and programs. Analyze traffic operations, safety, land use, and environmental constraints to recommend modifications to existing streets, highways, or multimodal corridors that improve mobility, reliability, and access. Coordinate stakeholder engagement, funding strategies, and regulatory reviews to prioritize and advance projects.
