Description
Design, plan, and execute store and window visual merchandising and signage to showcase products, uphold brand standards, and drive traffic and sales across retail spaces and events.
- • Photograph completed displays and signage for approvals, archives, and recaps.
- • Plan visual displays and floor layouts that attract customers and support sales goals.
- • Place price and descriptive signage on fixtures, windows, and merchandise per guidelines.
- • Rotate windows, focal tables, and in-store signage to align with seasonal campaigns and inventory changes.
- • Review VM guidelines or planograms and align execution with managers and store leadership.
- • Develop creative concepts, sketches, or mockups for window and in-store presentations.
- • Partner with marketing, buying, and store teams to prioritize feature product and timing.
- • Arrange props, fixtures, mannequins, and merchandise according to approved layouts.
- • Build or assemble display components and signage using hand tools and safe work practices.
- • Coordinate sourcing of props, fixtures, graphics, and product samples.
- • Use computers or design software to produce and print signs and graphics.

- • Select themes, color palettes, lighting, and props in line with brand standards.
- • Attend VM trainings and planning meetings for seasonal directives and product launches.
- • Guide store associates on color blocking, folding standards, and replenishment for visual consistency.
- • Prepare sketches, floor plans, and 3D mockups of proposed displays.
- • Review sales and traffic data to refine visual placements and storytelling.
- • Install booths, backdrops, displays, carpets, or drapes per floor plans for events or pop-ups.
- • Install banners, decals, lighting, and decor for promotions and holidays.
- • Consult with store management, operations, and facilities to determine optimal placement and safety.
- • Maintain displays, props, and mannequins; perform touch-ups, repairs, and cleaning as needed.
- • Set up displays, fixtures, and focal areas using lighting, graphics, and accessories.
- • Train and coach staff on daily visual standards and zone maintenance.
- • Organize, label, and track inventory of props, fixtures, graphics, and tools.
