  • • Prepare dashboards and briefs that visualize KPIs and turn technical and market findings into clear recommendations.
  • • Measure developer and customer satisfaction with product performance, documentation, and support.
  • • Forecast and track pipeline, trial-to-paid conversion, and campaign-driven demand using collected data.
  • • Provide market and competitive intelligence to define technical differentiators and go-to-market strategy.
  • • Measure the effectiveness of technical content, SEO/SEM, webinars, and demos across channels.
  • • Conduct interviews, surveys, and message tests with customers, prospects, sales engineers, and partners; collaborate with product, engineering, and demand generation.
  • • Present proposals on launches, packaging and pricing, and technical enablement at cross-functional reviews.
  • • Monitor industry standards, cloud and API ecosystems, security and compliance trends, and analyst research.
  • • Design and refine data collection methods, including surveys, POC feedback loops, telemetry, and integration of CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and product data.
  • • Identify and prioritize content and campaign needs such as solution briefs, datasheets, demos, tutorials, and use-case pages.
