Oversee daily operations of a restaurant, directing food and beverage service, staff, and finances to ensure quality, safety, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
  • • Taste and evaluate dishes for flavor, quality, and consistency.
  • • Resolve guest complaints about food, service, or ambiance.
  • • Schedule and receive deliveries; verify product quality and quantities.
  • • Monitor preparation, portions, plating, and presentation standards.
