Directly supervise and coordinate laundry operations and staff in hotels, hospitals, and commercial facilities, ensuring safe, efficient processing, quality standards, and timely distribution of linens and uniforms.
- • Direct infection control laundry procedures to prevent the spread of pathogens.
- • Inspect laundered items for cleanliness, stains, damage, and finishing standards.
- • Plan and prepare laundry staff schedules and shift assignments.
- • Perform or assist with washing, drying, folding, pressing, and distribution as needed.
- • Investigate complaints about laundry service, turnaround, or equipment, and take corrective action.
