Description
Supervise and coordinate custodial staff and cleaning operations in schools, offices, healthcare, and public facilities to ensure safe, sanitary, and well-maintained spaces.
- • Direct infection-control and sanitation protocols, especially in high-risk areas.
- • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets standards and specifications.
- • Plan and post custodial work schedules and assignments.
- • Perform or assist with cleaning and floor care when needed.
- • Investigate service or equipment complaints and implement corrective actions.
- • Coordinate with facilities, security, and other departments to deliver services on time.
- • Inspect facilities to determine cleaning, floor care, and minor maintenance needs.
- • Select appropriate chemicals, tools, and methods for various surfaces and finishes.
