Plan, direct, and coordinate a company's accounting, budgeting, reporting, treasury, risk, and compliance activities.
  • • Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and key stakeholders; resolve issues.
  • • Lead and coordinate the activities of finance and accounting staff.
  • • Recruit, develop, and retain finance team members.
  • • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and risk analyses.
  • • Analyze costs and revenues to plan and manage budgets.
  • • Design and oversee training for finance policies, systems, and controls.
  • • Manage corporate credit policies and evaluate customer creditworthiness.
  • • Oversee credit approvals and collection strategies within company policies.
