Description
Plan, deliver, and evaluate Family and Consumer Sciences education for youth and adults, focusing on nutrition, food safety, financial literacy, parenting, housing, and consumer decision-making. Develop curricula, demonstrations, and outreach that apply research-based practices to strengthen individual and family well-being. Partner with schools, community organizations, and health and social services to address local needs.
