Description
Plan, deliver, and evaluate research-based 4-H youth development programs that build skills in agriculture, STEM, healthy living, and leadership. Instruct and advise youth and families, demonstrate hands-on procedures, and translate university research into practical projects. Recruit and train volunteers, coordinate clubs, camps, and fairs, and develop community outreach that supports positive youth development and safe program practices.
