  • • Conduct site assessments and energy audits of buildings and systems.
  • • Measure and monitor energy use with meters and data loggers.
  • • Perform blower-door and duct-leakage diagnostics to locate air infiltration.
  • • Inspect envelopes, HVAC, lighting, controls, and process loads to assess consumption.
  • • Analyze utility bills, rates, and tariffs to profile usage and costs.

  • • Draft scopes of work and specifications for retrofits and commissioning.
  • • Coordinate installation and commissioning; verify proper operation and performance.
  • • Perform measurement and verification of savings using standard protocols.
  • • Design or support demand response and load management strategies.
  • • Educate customers and stakeholders on efficient practices and equipment selection.
  • • Collect, organize, and analyze field and interval data to track KPIs.
  • • Identify health, safety, and code issues related to energy projects.
  • • Support rebate, incentive, and financing applications with required documentation.
  • • Collaborate with facility staff, contractors, and utility partners to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
