Advise clients on reducing energy use and costs through audits, data analysis, and strategic planning; develop and evaluate efficiency, electrification, and demand-side solutions, including investment-grade assessments and implementation support.
  • • Conduct facility energy audits for buildings and process systems.
  • • Collect and analyze utility bills, interval data, and tariffs.
  • • Establish energy baselines and end-use breakdowns.
  • • Model savings, costs, and paybacks for proposed measures.
  • • Prepare investment-grade analyses and business cases.
  • • Identify and prioritize energy-efficiency and decarbonization measures.
  • • Evaluate technical feasibility and operational impacts.
  • • Benchmark consumption against peers, codes, and standards.
  • • Assess patterns of HVAC, lighting, and process loads.
  • • Plan or interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blower door, combustion).
  • • Develop clear reports and presentations with recommendations.
  • • Advise on incentives, rebates, financing, and compliance.
  • • Create measurement and verification plans (e.g., IPMVP).
  • • Develop specifications and scopes for implementation.
  • • Coordinate vendors and contractors during execution.
  • • Review submittals and verify performance of installed measures.
  • • Recommend controls upgrades, BMS optimization, and demand response.
  • • Identify health, safety, and indoor air quality considerations.
  • • Train client staff on energy management practices.
  • • Track post-implementation performance and savings persistence.
