Description
Lead and grow a church’s youth ministry by designing faith formation programs, outreach, and events for middle and high school students. Recruit and equip volunteers, select age-appropriate curriculum, and provide pastoral care to youth and families. Partner with clergy and parents to foster spiritual growth, service, and community while managing safety, budgets, and communications.
