Description
Lead and coordinate children's ministries for birth through elementary ages, designing faith formation programs, outreach, and family support. Recruit and equip volunteers, ensure safe, engaging environments, and provide pastoral care to children and parents in alignment with church doctrine.
- • Recruit and onboard children's ministry volunteers, teachers, and nursery workers.
