Description
Plan and lead worship services, overseeing music, liturgy, and production to foster congregational worship. Recruit, train, and shepherd worship and tech teams; coordinate special services; manage budgets and resources; and collaborate with clergy to align services with the church’s vision.
- • Identify and recruit musicians, vocalists, and production volunteers.
- • Audition, train, and supervise worship team members and tech staff.

- • Source and distribute resources, such as songbooks, devotionals, or training materials, for team development.
- • Participate in denominational or community worship events to build partnerships and share resources.
- • Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance for worship and production volunteers.
