Description
Support dining room operations by bussing and resetting tables, replenishing service stations, assisting servers, and providing basic guest service such as water and condiments. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area to ensure efficient, pleasant service.
- • Fill beverage stations and ice dispensers.
- • Stock and refill condiment stations and service areas.
- • Locate and deliver items requested by guests.
- • Serve ice water, coffee, bread, rolls, or butter to guests.
- • Wipe tables or seats and replace soiled linens.
- • Set tables with clean linens, tableware, and condiments.
