Description
Support dining room operations by bussing and resetting tables, replenishing service stations, assisting servers, and providing basic guest service such as water and condiments. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area to ensure efficient, pleasant service.
  • • Fill beverage stations and ice dispensers.
  • • Stock and refill condiment stations and service areas.
  • • Locate and deliver items requested by guests.
  • • Serve ice water, coffee, bread, rolls, or butter to guests.
  • • Wipe tables or seats and replace soiled linens.
  • • Set tables with clean linens, tableware, and condiments.
  • • Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry them to the dish area.
  • • Clean up spills, broken dishes, and remove trash or empty bottles.
  • • Perform serving, cleaning, and stocking tasks to facilitate customer service.
  • • Maintain adequate supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays.
  • • Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from the kitchen to service areas.
  • • Assist servers by delivering food and supporting table service.
  • • Clean and polish counters, shelves, furniture, and equipment; mop or vacuum floors.
  • • Assist guests by carrying trays to tables when needed.
  • • Replenish food and equipment at steam tables, buffets, or service stations.
  • • Garnish foods and arrange items on stations to keep them visible and accessible.
  • • Carry linens to and from laundry areas.
  • • Greet guests and assist the host with seating during peak times.
