Description
Conduct systematic job analyses to define duties, requirements, competencies, and classifications. Develop and maintain job documentation and evaluations to support compensation decisions, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • • Evaluate job positions to determine classification, FLSA status, job level, and pay grade recommendations.
  • • Conduct job analyses through observations, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
  • • Develop, write, and maintain job descriptions, specifications, and job family frameworks.
  • • Build, refine, and apply job evaluation methodologies and instruments.
  • • Benchmark roles against market data and provide input to compensation ranges.
  • • Prepare reports and visuals, including organization charts, job catalogs, and career paths.
  • • Ensure job documentation complies with FLSA, ADA, EEO, and related regulations.
  • • Advise HR and managers on job content, structure, and classification decisions.
  • • Provide guidance on resolving classification and pay grade appeals.
  • • Research occupational trends, skills, and labor market changes to inform job architecture.
  • • Maintain job data accuracy within HRIS and position management systems.
  • • Align job requirements with recruitment postings and selection criteria.
  • • Support performance management and competency frameworks with clear job expectations.
  • • Plan and deliver training on job analysis methods and description writing.
  • • Perform multifactor analyses to support reorganizations, workforce planning, and cost modeling.
  • • Assess needs and develop job analysis tools, surveys, and templates.
  • • Serve as liaison with business units and, when applicable, labor representatives on job design matters.
  • • Prepare audit-ready documentation and support internal and external reporting.
