Design, analyze, and administer compensation programs and job evaluation to attract and retain talent while ensuring legal compliance and internal equity. Specialize in market pricing, salary structures, and incentive pay, and advise leaders on pay decisions and policy.

- • Serve as compensation liaison with business leaders and, as needed, external consultants.
