Description
Lead worship and pastoral ministry within a Christian congregation; preach and teach Scripture, administer sacraments or ordinances, provide spiritual and moral guidance, and oversee congregational care and operations.
  • • Plan, organize, and lead weekly worship services.
  • • Prepare and deliver sermons rooted in Scripture and congregational needs.
  • • Read and interpret the Bible and denominational teachings.
  • • Pray with and for individuals, families, and the congregation.

  • • Prepare individuals for participation in rites, ceremonies, and worship roles.
  • • Connect congregants with community resources and professional services.
  • • Lead stewardship and fundraising efforts for ministries and facilities.
  • • Organize interfaith, community service, and fellowship activities.
  • • Write newsletters, devotionals, or online content on faith and church life.
  • • Maintain ethical standards and compliance with denominational policies.
