Description
Serve customers at service stations by fueling vehicles, processing payments, and performing basic maintenance such as fluid checks, oil changes, tire services, and accessory installation. Maintain station cleanliness, stock merchandise, and provide directions and customer service.
- • Process cash, card, and mobile payments; make change and issue receipts.
- • Start pumps and fill vehicles with gasoline or diesel to requested levels.
- • Prepare daily sales reports for fuel, oil, and accessories.
- • Clean forecourt, store areas, restrooms, and equipment; remove trash.
- • Provide directions and local road information to customers.
- • Perform minor services such as oil and filter changes and wiper or bulb replacement.
- • Order, receive, price, and stock merchandise.
- • Rotate, repair, and replace tires; test as needed.
- • Maintain service records and remind customers of upcoming maintenance.
- • Lubricate chassis and specified components using grease guns or spray lubricants.
- • Sell and install basic accessories such as wiper blades, bulbs, batteries, and headlamps.
- • Test and charge vehicle batteries.
- • Check and top off fluids and adjust tire pressure.
- • Clean windshields and windows.
