Description
Lead cross-functional supply chain programs spanning procurement, planning, production, warehousing, distribution, and enabling technologies to reduce cost and improve service, accuracy, and safety. Assess and redesign processes to streamline product flow and meet distribution needs at scale. Govern initiatives that optimize the movement, storage, and processing of inventory with clear scope, timelines, and metrics.
  • • Lead network and transportation optimization programs to improve cost and service.
  • • Develop supply chain models, roadmaps, and charters to align stakeholders.
  • • Coordinate sourcing programs and support negotiation strategies with suppliers and 3PLs.
  • • Conduct supplier program reviews on performance, readiness, and forecast changes.
  • • Standardize and document end-to-end processes, RACIs, and system flows for program scope.
  • • Establish and execute supplier evaluation and selection frameworks.
  • • Design and roll out warehousing strategies and WMS enhancements.
  • • Facilitate S&OP improvements to align demand and supply plans.
  • • Define program KPIs, dashboards, and success criteria for cost, service, and quality.
  • • Sponsor inventory optimization initiatives to boost turns and reduce waste.
  • • Implement supplier scorecards and analyze performance trends for corrective actions.
  • • Run material readiness programs for engineering changes and new product launches.
  • • Set governance, cadence, and risk/issue management across cross-functional teams.
  • • Lead network design and capability programs supporting growth and cost reduction.
  • • Oversee life-cycle and total cost analyses to inform design and sourcing decisions.
  • • Embed sustainability and compliance requirements into supply chain initiatives.
  • • Design and scale reverse logistics and product take-back programs.
  • • Evaluate and deploy ERP, WMS, TMS, planning, and visibility solutions.
  • • Identify and implement material reuse and waste reduction initiatives.
  • • Assess ESG performance of logistics partners and integrate findings into selection.
  • • Partner with engineering to source environmentally preferred materials.
  • • Update standards and SOPs to reflect changing environmental and regulatory policies.
  • • Plan resources, equipment, training, and change management for program execution.
  • • Oversee portfolios across purchasing, planning, inventory, warehousing, and receiving to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
  • • Lead implementation and scale-up of improved processes, controls, and operating mechanisms.
  • • Monitor supplier readiness and on-time delivery to program milestones.
  • • Track demand shifts and scenarios to adjust plans and mitigate risk.
  • • Drive new supplier qualification and onboarding projects with QA and engineering.
  • • Build business cases, cost models, and ROI analyses for program decisions.
  • • Coordinate capability and capacity assessments, including on-site supplier audits.
