Supervise daily operations of a spa facility. Coordinate services and schedules, lead staff on shift, resolve guest issues, maintain standards, and assist with financial and administrative duties.
  • • Communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, service standards, and policies to staff.
  • • Oversee daily spa services and program execution on assigned shifts.
  • • Train and coach staff on service delivery and product sales.
  • • Observe performance and provide feedback to improve work quality.
  • • Inspect spa equipment and treatment rooms for proper function and readiness.

  • • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • • Reconcile daily cash, prepare deposits, and complete shift reports.
  • • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
  • • Resolve guest inquiries and service issues promptly.
  • • Create and maintain staff schedules and manage shift coverage.
  • • Verify staff licenses, certifications, and training records.
  • • Implement promotional offers and support marketing initiatives.
  • • Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with facilities or vendors.
  • • Maintain and update client records and preferences.
  • • Participate in training and continuing education to stay current with industry practices.
  • • Book and adjust guest appointments as needed.
  • • Promote and sell retail products, services, and memberships.
