Lead the strategic and daily operations of a spa. Direct programs, uphold service standards, manage staff and scheduling, and own financial performance.
  • • Communicate responsibilities, performance expectations, service standards, and policies.
  • • Set and direct spa service menus, programs, and pricing.
  • • Oversee training in service delivery, product knowledge, and retail selling.
  • • Evaluate manager and staff performance and coach for improvement.
  • • Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment readiness.

  • • Develop and execute marketing, promotions, and partnerships.
  • • Direct facility upkeep, repairs, and capital improvements.
  • • Oversee CRM data integrity, privacy, and reporting.
  • • Stay current on industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • • Oversee appointment systems, yield management, and booking policies.
  • • Drive retail, membership, and package sales performance.
